Instic Health is looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)/Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) who will be responsible for providing initial evaluations, individual, group, couples and/or family therapy.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform initial mental health evaluations
- Assess clients using standardized assessment/screening tools and measures
- Provide brief, solution focused therapy
- Perform crisis assessment with appropriate interventions and provision of other services related to wellness
- Collect data about patients through interview, case history, psychological tests, and/or observational techniques; evaluate data to identify causes of problems and determine proper therapeutic approach or referral to other specialists
- Provide casework management of a specialized caseload, as appropriate to the requirements of the individual position; perform research and case assessments
- Follow up to determine reliability and validity of treatment used; make recommendations regarding modification to services and service delivery
- Develop care plans for patients and document services in the EHR system
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Counseling or Social Work
- LCSW or LMHC licensed in Florida
- At least two years of practicing experience
- Bilingual (preferred but not required)
